What types of properties do you manage?

How much does property management cost?

Yes. We take over the existing contract, the handover report and the relationship with the current tenant, without needing a new lease agreement.
How do you verify tenants?
We verify the identity, income and rental history of each candidate, and the contract is signed only with tenants who pass verification. The goal is a stable tenant who pays on time and takes care of the property.
Who pays for repairs?
We coordinate the work and send quotes for approval before any work is done. Costs are split according to the lease: normal wear and tear is the owner's responsibility, damage caused by the tenant is the tenant's responsibility.
What happens if the tenant doesn't pay?
We monitor collections in real time and react immediately to the first delay: we notify the tenant, pursue recovery of the amounts and apply the steps provided in the contract, with legal support when needed.

Do you also manage buildings for homeowners' associations?
