Vianto Properties is a real estate agency in Sibiu, built on transparency, data and local expertise.
The brand was launched in 2025, under the company Vianto, active since 2021. Unlike the classic model, where each agent works independently, we build a company: our agents have leads, data and tools that take administrative work off their shoulders. We publish for free over 60 market indicators, updated monthly from official sources (ANCPI, BNR, INS, Eurostat and real estate portals).

How commission is set
The commission is set before any service and is included in the contract signed with Vianto Properties, along with the services included, contract duration, and exclusivity conditions. We do not begin promoting a property or organize viewings without this written contract. For property management, the commission is between 10% and 25% of the rent, depending on which services you choose.
