What are your business hours?
Monday-Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. Outside business hours you can leave a message through the contact form or on WhatsApp at +40 791 710 606 and we'll get back to you on the first business day. For viewings, we also schedule on weekends, upon request.
What areas do you cover?
We operate in Sibiu and surrounding areas: Șelimbăr, Cisnădie, Cristian, Rășinari, Poplaca, Șura Mare, Șura Mică, Hamba, Daia, Cârțișoara and the Cartierul Internațional area. For other localities in Sibiu county, we assess each case individually.
How do I schedule a viewing?
You have three options: call +40 791 710 606, message us on WhatsApp at the same number, or fill out the contact form on this page and mention the property you're interested in. We'll confirm your appointment within 2 hours during business hours.
What commission do you charge?
For sales: between 2% and 4% (depending on the package chosen). For rentals: between 0% and 100% of the first month's rent, paid by the tenant. The exact percentage is discussed at our meeting, depending on the services included.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00). Messages received in the evening or on weekends will be answered Monday morning by 10:00.
Do you offer property management services?
Yes. We manage apartments for property owners in Sibiu who don't have time to handle it directly: tenant sourcing, contracts, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, communication with the homeowners' association. We discuss the right package based on the number of properties and desired services.
