J2021002338320, CUI 45307758, is the controller of personal data collected through the website www.viantoproperties.ro.

The company is committed to respecting data confidentiality and implementing technical and organizational measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration.

Definitions

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (name, surname, phone, email).
Data processing: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data by automated or non-automated means.
Controller: VIANTO SRL determines the purposes and means of processing.
Data subject: the website user or potential client.
Consent: a manifestation of free, specific, informed, and unambiguous will.

Types of data processed

Collection is carried out in two ways:

Voluntary (via contact form, email, phone): name, surname, email address, phone
Involuntary (website navigation): technical data via cookies (visit time, browser, operating system)

For newsletter: email and contact preferences according to consent.

Data of legal entities (company name, corporate email) are not "personal data" under GDPR.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing is carried out on the basis of:

Contract performance (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) - access to services
Legitimate interests of the controller (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) - request resolution
Legal obligations (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c)
Consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) - for non-necessary cookies and newsletter

Data is used for: improving the website and services provided, determining content usefulness, resolving requests, communications of interest, facilitating access to services, protecting rights, quality assessment, technical support.

Virtual assistant (chat) on the website

The website features an artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant that answers questions about properties and services. Messages written in the chat and the assistant's responses are saved, along with the date, the page from which you wrote, and the properties displayed, to improve responses and track received requests (legitimate interest, art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We do not save your IP address; the conversation is associated only with an anonymous session identifier.

To generate the response, messages are transmitted to the artificial intelligence model provider (Anthropic, USA), which processes them on our behalf; this may involve a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA. Please do not write sensitive data in the chat. Conversations are automatically deleted after 90 days. To delete a conversation earlier, you can write to us at office@vianto.ro.

Duration of processing

Data is retained for a reasonable period of time in relation to the purpose of processing. For newsletter: until consent is withdrawn. For chat conversations: 90 days. For cookies: according to the duration of each type (see Cookie Policy).

Provisions regarding minors

The company does not conduct direct marketing to minors. If a minor contacts the platform, the consent of the legal representative is presumed. Minors cannot request services except through a legal representative.

Data transfer

Data is processed in the EU territory through secure servers. Social media plugins (Facebook, Instagram) may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. The company does not make public, sell, rent, license, or transfer the database without authorization, except for requests from authorities.

Subcontractors (IT, legal suppliers) receive limited access only for the services provided.

Rights of the data subject

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access: confirmation and information about processing
Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate data (contact: office@vianto.ro)
Right to Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): deletion when data is no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn, or processing is unlawful

Right to Data Portability: receiving data in structured format, transfer to another operator
Right to Object: refusing processing for public interest tasks or legitimate interests
Right to Object to Automated Decisions: in case of automated profiling
