1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website www.viantoproperties.ro.
Vianto reserves the right to modify the content of this website and the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users are invited to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions.
În case of divergence between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Site, the Terms and Conditions valid on the Site shall apply.
2. Definitions
The following terms have the meanings specified:
- "Platform/Site" - the online platform www.viantoproperties.ro belonging to Vianto
- "Document" - this version of the Terms and Conditions
- "Content" includes: the content of any newsletter or email received from Vianto; data relating to Vianto; information about Vianto Services; any information communicated by Vianto employees/partners; all information accessible on the Site through digital devices
- "User" - a natural person who navigates the Site or interacts with it and has access to Content
- "Request/Message" - a form of address to Vianto to obtain information about Services, usually sent by email
- "Personal Data" - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (name, surname, email address, phone number, etc.)
- "Personal Data Operator" - a natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For the Site, the operator is VIANTO SRL.
- "Service" - any specific service of Vianto Properties activity, available in the "Services" section of the website (real estate brokerage, rentals, sales, property management, investment consulting)

The Site is a presentation website with information about real estate brokerage services, investment consulting, property management and rentals/sales of properties in the Sibiu area.
All information belongs to Vianto and is published for informational purposes for the public and potential clients.

În case of redirection to third-party websites, these Terms and Conditions do not apply and Vianto does not assume responsibility for the policies of that platform.
By using the Site, the User is solely responsible for all activities arising from it and is liable for material, intellectual or other damages caused to the Site/Content.

Limitation of Liability
Each Client is responsible for independently evaluating the Services presented.
Vianto does not assume responsibility for malware that may infect your computer caused by accessing the Site or installing files.
Vianto is not responsible for third-party claims related to the use, copying, or counterfeiting of the Site/Content by unauthorized third parties.
Vianto is not responsible for damages (direct, indirect, incidental) resulting from the use or inability to use the content or from errors/omissions that result in losses.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, all Content, including design, images, symbols, text and multimedia content on the Site are the exclusive property of Vianto or collaborators/partners/affiliated companies.
The name "Vianto Properties", the logo and associated symbols and any combination thereof are the exclusive intellectual property of Vianto.
Without Vianto's consent, you are prohibited from copying, distributing, publishing, transferring, modifying, using, displaying or incorporating Content in any other context.
Fraud and Spam
Vianto will not contact you through any means for information regarding personal data, accounts or passwords.
Vianto does not promote spam. Vianto communications through electronic means contain complete and accurate sender identification data.
Liability
By using/visiting/viewing the Site and/or Content sent by Vianto, you declare yourself to be in agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
This Contract is deemed concluded in Romania and is governed by the applicable provisions on the territory of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by the competent court at Vianto's headquarters.
If any of the above clauses is found to be null, it will not affect the validity of the others.
Final Clauses
Vianto reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of the Document, Site/structure, without prior notice.
