- Prospecting and identifying properties for rent and sale
- Property valuation according to market standards
- Intermediation of real estate transactions (rentals and sales)
- Management of relationships with clients (landlords and tenants/buyers)
- Organization and conducting viewings
- Negotiation and conclusion of contracts
